Seminars involve both presenters and participants.  Participants will have a chance to rank seminar preferences when registering for the conference.  If interested in presenting, please contact seminar leaders.  There will also be standard conference papers on 3-4 person panels. If you are not already giving a paper on a panel, your name can appear in the program as a seminar participant.
